My Sous Chef is a quick and fun way to enjoy delicious meals made from the freshest ingredients available.
We do all of the hard work: menu planning, shopping, preparation and clean up.
Simply choose the meals that you like, place your order online and come to our store to assemble your selections. In a short time you will assemble delicious and wholesome meals to cook or freeze for a later date. Fill your freezer in no time at all.
We also have a selection of sides and desserts available for your convenience.

We save you approximately 16 to 20 hours a month by planning, buying the ingredients, and preparing your meals. All you have to do is assembly your meals and cook them at home.
Not only does My Sous Chef save you time, but at as low as $3.33 per serving, you are saving money as well! You will also save money because you do not need as many trips to the grocery store and you do not throw away unused ingredients.
